How to set-up your BlackBerry

Note: SecurePass OTP software is considered beta. Provisioning is limited through the self-service provisioning web site.

The configuration for BlackBerry is the easiest ever. Follow the steps below to complete your configuration:

  1. SecurePass will send you a provisioning e-mail, that you should read on your BlackBerry.
  2. Follow the instruction on the e-mail and click on the 1st link: it will download and install the SecurePass OTP application in your BlackBerry
  3. Open again the mail you received, open the menu and select "Import SecurePass Mail".
  4. The token has now been provisioned. Click on the token named with your username to show your OTP value.

Note: Your device clock must be synchronized with a time server or at least have the correct time set. A misconfiguration of the clock means that you will not be able to use your software token.
